On Stage is a platform designed for managing performer check-ins, real-time status tracking, digital roll calls, and related operations for hospitality venues. The Service includes web and mobile applications, APIs, and related tools and services.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license above and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by On Stage and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the pricing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, and we are not obligated to retain or provide you with any data after termination.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ON STAGE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless On Stage and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which On Stage operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
